Product questions
Does it work on cat and dog hair? Yes — both short and long hair, from cats and dogs.
How do I empty it? Press the release to open the built-in chamber and tip the hair into the bin. You never touch the hair.
How long does it last? It's reusable with no consumable parts — no sticky sheets or refills to replace.
What surfaces can I use it on? Couches, clothing, bedding, carpets, and car seats. Test first on a small hidden area of delicate fabrics. Not intended for hard or smooth surfaces.
